Daughter of the Sun, Student of the Earth

​With over 15 years of experience in science and nursing, I have developed a deep respect for the body's wisdom and the resilience of the human spirit. My foundation is clinical care, but I know that true healing requires more than knowledge.  It requires warmth. It requires space. It requires the nervous system to feel safe enough to soften.

For much of my life, I lived with anxiety — with people pleasing, shame, and the quiet fear of not being enough. I know how convincing those inner stories can feel when the nervous system is on high alert.

​

My own healing began when I stopped trying to fix myself and instead learned how to regulate, soften, and reconnect to my center. It was never about becoming someone new. It was about remembering the deeper Self that had always been there beneath the fear.

 

I created Solshine Reiki as a place where you can exhale. A place where the body grows still, the breath deepens, and the inner sun begins to rise again.

My practice centers around the solar plexus — our inner fire. This is the seat of personal power, confidence, and authentic expression. Chronic stress can dim this center. When it is supported gently and consistently, warmth returns. Clarity expands. Inner strength feels natural rather than forced.

Grounded in the earth and warmed by the sun, I hold space for both steadiness and expansion — for rootedness and radiance. I am most at home near the water, with bare feet on the earth and the sun on my face. Whether sitting quietly with animals, walking along the shore, or supporting a client through transition, I am devoted to helping others reconnect to their center and their inner light.
