Service Description

Prior to the appointment, I recommend gathering anything you need to get comfortable, like an eye pillow, blanket, a device to play soothing music, a journal (if you want to take notes after the session) and find a quiet place that you are not likely to be disturbed. I will schedule a zoom call at the appointment time to check in, discuss your intention or what you hope to get out of the session, and answer any questions you may have. After allowing a few minutes to get settled in, I will begin the session by connecting to Reiki and scanning to assess the body's energy field. It is important to remember there is nothing you need to do. You may feel warmth or a tingling sensation as the full body treatment is performed. Most clients report a relaxed light feeling and some fall asleep. Once the session is complete, I will call to discuss any information I received that may assist you on your healing journey. Please drink water to hydrate prior to and after the session.
